Shionee offers a 7-day return and exchange policy, which allows you to return or exchange products purchased from within 7 days of receipt. 




Given below are the guidelines for a valid return and exchange of your product:

  1. Product is Defective / Damaged (Please attach relevant pictures and videos in reply).
  2. Wrong Size of product Delivered (Other than the one that has been requested).
  3.  In the unlikely event that the items you ordered have not arrived in good condition, are damaged or defective, or the items you have received are not what you ordered, we will return the unused items together with the original invoice. 
  4. Please. For refunds or exchanges within 7 days from the date these items were delivered, they must be in the same condition as received in their original packaging with original tags.
  5. Please refuse delivery of any item whose exterior packing has been destroyed or tampered with in any way. If you open the box and realize that the item is damaged, please contact customer service.
  6. Due to screen resolution difficulties, there may be a slight (10%-12%) color variation between the real product and the images shown. Please do not request an exchange on this basis.


Products of Shionne on sale or discounted price, or ordered with a coupon or gift card, are not reclaimable, refundable, or exchangeable. For on-sale items, please thoroughly consider the sizing chart.



We hope you receive the absolute correct fit & love all our stunning collections always, and never need to come to this page. But if any discomfort in the rare case, here is our Size Exchange policy:

· Under this term, only a change of size is allowed for the same Kurti.

· The product returned would be exchanged with the same product of a different size (subject to the availability in stock).

· It would approximately take 7 days for an exchange, including the transit period, quality check, and shipment period.

· Please do note, that exchange is allowed just once for every order.

Note: We would not be providing returns and exchanges for Customised Size Orders.





Once a return request has been submitted to our Customer Support Team, it normally takes 2-4 business days to have the product picked up from your location and another 7 days to activate the refund after the goods have been successfully inspected by our quality control department. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will cancel your order and refund you the full into your account. If the order has not been processed on our side. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.
